I personally recommend installing Malwarebytes and undoing the McAfee antivirus that comes preinstalled because McAfee uses more system resources, and I have experienced good results using Malwarebytes. All in all, if you are looking for a good quality laptop at a decent price, then this is the best rumble for your dollar. I bought this strictly for work, to replace my 2011 MacBook Pro. With a time crisis and a budget, it seemed to meet all specifications. Zero personal use on the computer. Within a week, on my fourth shift, the laptop will freeze completely. Frozen mouse, Bluetooth mouse without answer, keyboard without answer. He froze 4 times on me today in a matter of 7 hours. Completely not reliable! The work is making me come back and I totally agree with his decision. My MacBook Pro in early 2011 lasted 7.5 years and this laptop did not last for 7 days.
